The Chancery Script

This beautiful italic writing style was perfected in Italy in the 15th Century by Arrighi.

Its elegance comes from the thicks and thins of the undulating line and the gentle slant of the uprights suited to handwriting..

It is excellent for certificates, envelopes and invitations where the sloping Italic gives a sense of style and informality.

Invitations, Envelopes and Place Cards

A less formal handwriting script works well on invitations and wedding stationary including place cards and envelopes.
